Friday Cardio Session 9.30 - 10.30 a.m. (James Lilley or team member)
Saturday Cardio Session 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. (James Lilley or team member)
Monday Cardio Session 7pm - 8pm (James Lilley or team member)
Group sessions are excellent value for money:
One hour: £4:00 members. £5.50 non-members.

What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
If you do regular Cardio Tennis workouts, you’ll feel better and your hand-eye coordination, tennis skill and fitness level will also benefit. In a 60-minute Cardio Tennis workout, women can burn up to 500 calories per workout and men up to 800.
A typical Cardio Tennis Session will consist of:
•10 to 15 minute Warm-up
•35 minute Drill/Play Cardio segment
•10 minute Cool-down
There will be upbeat music to motivate you, regular pulse checks to check your fitness levels, and low compression balls to make striking the ball that much easier.
It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by tennis professional and a great way to widen your social circle.
